No exception, everyone I sealed with there was Super Exceptional, we had my mother in law passed away on Wednesday after 3:30pm, and within less than two hours she was picked up from the hospital and was taken to there place in Stanton , not only they did this fast but they assured us not to worry or have any concerns, they were so emotional and emphasizing with all of our family members we really thought they were part of our family , Janet , the owner his son and his daughter and the ladies who came to wash our mother were also amazing and super awesome . They made the arrangements for our mother's body to be transported to Lebanon in No Time and made the process so easy and painless , we know this process could take over 4 to five days but they did it all in two days .
May Allah swubhaneh watala bless you all with Great Health, Love, Happiness and more success in your life & your wonderful business . You deserve not only five stars but all the stars in the universe.

My wife of 41 years died in the Sacramento area unexpectantly earlier this year. We wanted her buried in the Whittier area to be near her family. We contacted the cemetery where we wanted her buried. They were able to make the arraignments to have her picked up and brought down. And there she lay for 3+ weeks with absolutely nothing being done. We received a referral to Olive Tree Mortuary. Upon contacting Goulade, he commiserated with our woes and assured us he would take matters into his hands and get my wife buried in a timely manner. His son and Janet took very good care of everything and my wife was buried the day before the other place was expected to have a phone appointment to get things in motion. A million thanks to everyone at Olive Tree Mortuary!!

Goulade and Janet have been wonderful with me and my family, taking care of all the paper work and necessary burial arrangement for our beloved sister. They are very compassionate to deal with in this hard situation. I highly recommend them.

My brothers and I want to thank Olive Tree Mortuary (Goulade)for everything they did for us during this difficult time in our lives, our Mother passed away 12/8/2017 her wishes were to be cremated and the place where her arrangements had been made weren't able to accommodate us until the first weeks of January, we weren't ok with that, thanks to Goulade he made it possible for it to happen sooner, words can't describe how blessed we are for his help and comfort he gave us during this heart breaking emotional time in our lives, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts, our mother is in peace now

The service provided and the attention to everything was flawless. Goulade guided us through every step with much understanding and care. Definitely recommend Olive Tree Mortuary to anyone in need of services.

My brother died on 1/5/2022. The sheriff office called my sister in Hawaii that my brother had passed away. The sheriff also said that they contacted his former wife since his son was considered next of kin. The sheriff told my sister that they were in contact with his former wife, and that she would take care of matters. Well, she received a letter from the sheriff at the end of March stating that no one had claimed the body. I called Olive Tree Mortuary and Janet helped me go through the process of picking my brother up from the Coroner's office. I decided to cremate the body since it has been such a long time, and I asked that his ashes be spread over the ocean. I cannot thank Janet enough for helping me. She has been my "rock" through the whole process, and I am so grateful and thankful that I met someone who was so understanding and sympathetic with my situation.

First and foremost, if you're reading this I'm sorry for your loss.

I dealt mostly with Goulade. He was a source of comfort and stability during two of the most difficult times in our lives. His assistance and guidance meant the world to us when our mother passed away in 2016 and then again when my father passed away in 2020.

Both times Olive Tree was there for us. I'm writing this review as my way of showing my gratitude because I genuinely feel like they cared about us. Just recently they even helped me get an extra official copy of my mother and father's respective death certificates. While they informed me that it was possible to get the documents through the city for less, they were also happy to help make the process more convenient for me.

Word of advice, get at least two (or more) official copies of the death certificate. You'd be surprised at how many places want an official copy.

I highly recommend this place. They were very responsive and efficient. I was always worried if I could not have the service on time. They were prompt, took care of every thing from Death certificate to the last moment of ceremony. They were in contact me along the way and kept me posted. Every thing went very well and even better than I expected. They are honest and reliable. Great service and affordable price. Goulade was wonderful.

We've recently experienced the sudden passings of two much beloved member's of our family - one being my mother, who passed peacefully at home - and then my brother-in-law passed in a Riverside hospital not long after.We were referred to Olive Tree Mortuary and have been so thankful. Goulade handled arrangements for both of our loved ones with gentleness, compassion, and dignity. With him in charge we were able to experience our grief without the added stress of trying to figure out how to handle all of the details that go along with making pick-up, mortuary and cremation arrangements. Goulade gave us peace of mind during otherwise difficult times, went above and beyond and we felt like he truly cared. I would highly recommend Goulade and his team at Olive Tree Mortuary.

This is a long overdue review. My step dad passed away a few years ago. My mom wanted to have a burial in Indonesia. We don't really know how to handle muslim burial in the US let alone bringing remains out of the country. But Mr. Farrah m, his wife and his son went above and beyond in helping us. They took care everything that needed to be done in here. From picking up my step dad (he died peacefully at home), taking care of paperwork from the state and the Indonesian consulate, making sure that he had proper cleaning according to Islam law, embalming, even booking the airlines tickets for my mom. Our family are extremely grateful for Mr. Farrah and his family.

Thank you Olive Tree for making excellent arrangements for the burial of my father last month. Your compassion, professionalism, and preparations were superb. It is never easy to bid farewell to a loved one, but you provided a beautiful and peaceful space in which we could carry out our rituals and have some final moments of prayer. You made a difficult time easier and we will cherish that forever.

I can't recommend Olive Tree enough. At an incredibly difficult, traumatic time, the staff went above and beyond to assist me and my family with every detail at a reasonable cost. From the first phone call, Goulade stood out as remarkably empathetic and caring, and shared profound spiritual insights from Islam that truly helped me to move through loss. Janet was in a league of her own- a truly talented soul who gave so, so generously of her time, emotional support, empathy, and thoughtfulness throughout our planning process. She added creative, unique, highly original, and profoundly moving artistic and spiritual touches and visions to our service. More raves for the imam and florist, who were exceptional and whose words and visions meant so much. I cannot thank everyone at Olive Tree enough. There is no one I would have felt in better hands with throughout the grieving process than all of you. Thank you for your amazing hearts.

My mother in law passed and had no arrangements pre made.. having my husband upset on the day of her passing..I took the task to place things in motion by finding a mortuary. We needed to find one as quickly as possible to transport her from the hospital to their facility. We knew the Veterans Memorial Cemetary in Riverside would be her final resting place with her husband but after we were told we needed to make arrangements to have her taken from the hospital soon I knew I needed to do something quickly . After searching online for Orange County I found Olive Tree Mortuary. When I called I explained I was not sure where to start ..Goulade answered my call and walked me through every step of the process. His kind gentle manner helped me in a very stressful situation. We were able to handle all the pricing..paperwork..signing of documents through email and phone calls which took a great burden from us and allowed us to stay at the hospital.
It is located in a nice business looking complex which has a comforting signage for Olive Tree Mortuary. The Mortuary has a viewing/services room and another comfortable room where guests can talk and visit also. The decor was lovely with a serene color pallet. It has a non religous feel but a more comforting and warm feel to it. Anyone looking for a non denominational location or a place where you can bring your religious items (they do both) this Mortuary may be perfect for your service..it was for us.
It felt personal and genuine and only one family service is done at a time unlike other Mortuaries which can have multi funerals or services going at the same time in different rooms. Thank you Goulade for your kindness and expertise when we needed it. Thanks and bless you!

The staff at Olive Tree were truly the best. When my mother passed away. She was sent to another mortuary. They were horrible, I was very stressed out. Then Olive Tree was referred to me and Goulade was so caring and helpful he made the process less stressful. We had my mother transferred and Goulade took care of everything. Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Highly recommended.

Earlier this year, I was faced with a very difficult situation upon the unexpected passing of a young man I considered my son. When nobody else would help, God guided me to this wonderful mortuary. From my first contact with Janet, through my subsequent interactions with Stacy and Isa, I was met with incredible compassion, kindness and understanding. They made a most difficult time easy. Goulade is an amazing and compassionate human being. He made us feel very comfortable in every step. He was extremely nice and understanding. He worked with us, with everything we needed or questioned. He made this time of sorrow go smooth. Olive Tree is one of the most professional, honest, and decent mortuary services one can come across in Orange County. When going through an emotional time such as a funeral, Olive Tree is a service you can trust and rely on. After one call, they immediately took care of all the funeral arrangements all the while honoring the dignity of your loved one who has passed away. They will work with you on the details at a fair and reasonable cost.

I am so grateful to Olive Tree Mortuary for their professional and compassionate services in preparing my father's body for burial. Janet, Summer, Isa, Craig, and the whole family at Olive Tree were caring, thoughtful, and well-organized. Olive Tree transported my father from his residence and to the cemetery with dignity and were well prepared to host my family as we completed the rituals, prayers, and said our final farewells. It was a beautiful send off and I will cherish it forever.

Goulade is a nice human being and all of their workers are so sweet. They helped us a lot, within 4 days they shipped body from LA to Bangladesh. During that time they collected all the paperwork and necessary stuffs. Also he got everyone a good price. Thanks for helping us!

My brother-in-law passed unexpectedly early one morning. Everyone was shocked because we thought we had more time to place him in another care situation. We wanted to him see again and tell him we love him but didn't get that chance. After delivering this news to us the facility's staff told us that we only had two hours in which to find a mortuary. That was difficult to do after hearing he had passed because it was so emotional. However we somehow found Olive Tree Mortuary. We are so thankful that we did. Everyone we met from Olive Tree especially Janet was very helpful and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained the process and what needed to be signed. The people from Olive Tree that went to the cemetery were very proactive and explained what was going on if they thought we might have concerns. We were amazed at how much better we all felt because we knew we were certainly in good hands. The cost was reasonable and affordable. The process was explained and went off smoothly. We are so thankful for their expertise and especially their kindheartedness. They went above and beyond all expectations. We feel blessed to have found them. Thank you folks.
